Canadian actress. Born on March 25, 1970. In the town of Spalding Saskatchewan Matchett began her career in theater after moving to Ontario. The mid nineties saw her begin her career on Canadian television after which she transferred back to the United States and starred in the series The Secrets of Nero Wolfe Invasion 24 Hours Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip Ambulance Earth. This was The Last Conflict. The actress was awarded an award, the Gemini Award, in 2001, for her part in the Canadian television series The Department of Wet Cases. She was a character who played an ex-wife on many seasons Impact. Since 2010, she has been playing the character of Joan Campbell in the TV series Covert Operations.
